Customs clearance process

How should the customs clearance process proceed properly?

01

Preliminary conversation

We start each cooperation with the customer by getting to know his needs, and then offer a solution appropriate to the situation.

02

Beginning of the clearance

We establish the terms of cooperation and begin the clearance process. We declare the goods for procedure of export and present them to the Customs Office.

03

Acceptance of the declaration

The Customs Office accepts the customs export declaration and sends the agency a return message with the MRN number.

04

Releasing the goods

After inspection, the goods are released for the export procedure. At this stage, an Export Accompanying Document, the so-called EAD, is generated.

05

Export clearance

If the customs clearance goes well, the Customs Office grants permission for export and the goods can leave the Polish customs territory.

06

Conclusion of export

If the goods cross the borders, then the Office concludes the export, and we send a confirmation of the removal of the goods to the customer.
